Client projects provide key insights into managing client-based software projects, encapsulating crucial frameworks such as Agile and Scrum, design sprints, Agile estimation, and effective communication techniques. They emphasize the importance of customer experience in product development and the ability to understand client challenges through various briefs. Upon successful completion, participants will be equipped with the skills to independently manage a software project from inception to launch.

This is an introductory course, no prior knowledge is needed. A previous knowledge of design and/or web development would be useful, it's not necessary.
Basic English copywriting skills Basic Google sheet/powerpoint skills Basic knowledge of UI design via Figma, Sketch or any other UI/UX ideation tool
We will cover each topic with lectures, case studies, group discussions, assignments or homework, and short presentations.
We will have a session with a client, and they will share their challenges, victories, and day-to-day work and plan.
The final project will be introduced at the beginning with a brief. Students will create an RFP and work on a client project throughout the course.

She co-founded Júní, a digital agency where she crafted innovative and engaging digital experiences.
As a teacher at Harbour.Space University, Þórhildur now channels her passion for technology and problem-solving into mentoring students, inspiring them to think outside the box and embrace the endless possibilities of the digital world. With a career that spans everything from engineering management to founding successful startups, Þórhildur has shown how to blend technical skills with creative thinking to make a real impact.
